Mission:
To provide higher level with clients technical engineering support to users
and colleagues as part of the customer.
Take cases routed from the first level analysts to service offered by
helpdesk.
Maintain technical knowledge and resolve within the limits of knowledge.
Progress/close expertise associated with applications specific to customer
problem cases to a satisfactory conclusion on call management system.
Desirable: Independent, Responsibility, Adaptability, Experience in customer service.
