- Develop new entrants;
- Coverage throughout the country;
- Training and coaching of interviewers;
- Continuous monitoring of interviewers performance and personalized feedback for progress;
- Cost control;
- Ensures that strategic objectives are met;
- Provides direction for the field function, in the form of business planning
