Tasks and Responsibilities:
- overall management of the construction project assigned
- manage the timely execution of the project
- supervise the activities in the construction site
- liaise with the suppliers, negotiate the contracts for the supplied materials, verify the delivery of goods and services on time and according to the specifications required
- liaise with sub-suppliers
- liaise with the commercial director for the satisfaction of the client needs
Cerinte post:
We require:
- degree in Civil, Technical or Mechanical Engineering
- At least three years experience in construction site (chief of site)
- Experience in management of people
- Preferably project management experience
- Target-oriented people, capacity to respect tight schedules
- Flexibility and capacity to adapt to different tasks if necessary
- Availability to be sent outside Bucharest if required
- MS office proficiency
- B driving license
- Command of English, knowledge of Italian would constitute an advantage
- Previous experience in a multinational or foreign company would constitute an advantage
- Availability for a long work schedule if required
