The nominee will have main responsibility for business development and administrative support: initiate, develop and maintain profitable client relationships within designated market segments, by offering / ensuring high quality services and marketing the full range of banking products and services; co-ordinating the operational activity of the branch, representing the bank's image and interests on the local market (authorities, clients, business environment). Managing people-related issues in order to ensure that the business targets are reached, is also part of the responsibilities of this position.

The suitable candidate should be results oriented, innovative and with drive for change. The planning and organising abilities, relationship building abilities and analytical thinking are mandatory.
The position requires a mature business approach, proving an in-depth understanding of banking field as well as the local business potential. The candidate needs to have banking experience in a managerial position for at leas three years.
University degree (preferably Economics), very good command of English and computer proficiency are also required.
