Our client, owner of a supermarket chain in Ardeal is inviting great talents to join its team as a BUYER (DRY FOOD and NON FOOD). The location is a new build construction highly exposed, having over 2500 sqm of commercial areas (Fresh, Dry and Non-food – Cosmetics, Detergents, Household Appliances, Footwear and Leather Items, Clothes, Basic Food Products, Cheese and Dairy Products, Fruits & Vegetables, Fresh and Frozen Fish, Fish Tanks). All this involving over 3500 sqm total surface, 10 cash registers, 900 sqm of warehouse, freezers, and a slaughterhouse.

Main responsibilities:
Monitor the Romanian and local market, observe relevant activities of the competitors and act consequently;
Identify and contact suppliers, negotiate and develop profitable business relationships;
Reporting on regular basis to the Shop Management.
Establish procurement needs, stock management; make recommendations for new products acquisition.
Creates development opportunities and strategies.
Involvement in all promotional campaigns
