Our client, owner of a supermarket chain in Ardeal is inviting great talents to join its team as SHOP MANAGER. The location is a new build construction highly exposed, having over 2500 sqm of commercial areas (Fresh, Dry and Non-food – Cosmetics, Detergents, Household Appliances, Footwear and Leather Items, Clothes, Basic Food Products, Cheese and Dairy Products, Fruits&Vegetables, Fresh and Frozen Fish, Fish Tanks). All this involving over 3500 sqm total surface, 10 cash registers, 900 sqm of warehouse, freezers, and a slaughterhouse.
Main responsibilities:
Recruitment, selection and coordination of all employees.
Manage all rewarding and penalty systems.
Reporting on regular basis.
Establish procurement needs, stock management, make recommendations for new products acquisition.
Creates development opportunities and strategies.
Involvement in all promotional campaigns
